Common Questions
Do I need an account to use the app?
No. You can explore the globe and view climate data without signing in. An account is only needed to save favorite cities.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap “Delete Account.” This permanently removes your account and all saved data.
The app isn’t loading climate data.
Make sure you have an internet connection. Climate data is loaded from our servers and requires connectivity.
